Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are available for purchase.
- All gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within their stated validity period.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
- We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price.
Patch Testing Policy
- Patch tests must be conducted by our team at our premises.
- We do not accept external or previous patch test results.
